Super Facialist - Salicylic Acid Clay mask.

Hi everyone! Today I am going to review the very longed named Super Facialist by Una Brennan Salicylic acid Anti blemish Pore purifying clay mask (phew!). I picked this up in my local Boots store after running out of my beloved cupcake face mask and didn't have time to pop into Lush, and I had heard so many good things about it I thought I'd try it out!

What really attracted me to this face mask was that it contained Salicylic acid which is great for deep cleansing the skin and unclogging pores, also it is one of the best ingredients to use if you have spot prone skin. It also contains vitamins B3, A, D and E which help to rebalance and add moisture to the skin.

To use you simply apply a thick layer onto the skin after cleansing and leave on for 5 minutes. When you first apply it, it has a cooling sensation that I quite like and as it dries it starts to harden on the skin. After 5 minutes I then wash it off with a warm flannel.

I like to use this face mask once a week and straight after using it my skin feels much cleaner and looks clearer, also it doesn't dry my skin out at all due to all the added vitamins. However this is quite a strong face mask and the I do find the morning after it brings everything up to the surface leaving me with a few new blemishes but these go down quickly, and the more I've used it the less this happens now.

This face mask only costs £9.99 and you get 125ml so it will last you ages, and I'd definitely reconsider purchasing as it's handy to have such a quick and hard working face mask around! Also it is currently on offer in Boots for £6.66 so if you want to try it, now's the time! You can buy it here:
