Charlotte Tilbury - Love Liberty Matte Revolution lipstick.

Hi everyone, today I am finally getting round to reviewing the gorgeous Charlotte Tilbury matte revolution lipstick in the shade Love Liberty. I got this back in the boxing day sales when I braved Oxford Street to purchase it, and it was well worth both the stress and the money!

First of all the packaging is gorgeous, and really stands out from all my other lipsticks. It comes in this beautiful rose gold case that is super light but sturdy as well. I always feel really luxurious when I use it, and it adds great decoration to my dressing table!

But what really matters is the lipstick inside, and it is just as luxurious as the packaging. This lipstick has a matte finish (as the name suggests) but it is so velvety and easy to apply! There is no dragging on the lips, and once it's on it lasts for about 5/6 hours before I feel like I need to touch up!

The lipstick itself contains papaya and orchid extracts that help to hydrate the lip whilst it's on, so when you are wearing it it doesn't make your lips feel uncomfortable and dry, in fact it hardly feels like I'm wearing any lipstick at all! It also contains glowing pigments to make your lips look fuller.

This lipstick is super easy to apply, and with the square shaped top there is hardly any need for a brush! Though when I first apply it I still like to use a brush for a more precise finish as I'm just really messy when it comes to red lips, but if I take this lipstick out I feel confident enough to apply without bringing a brush.

This is a very luxury lipstick with a price tag of £23 (though I think I paid £18.40 in the sales) but if you're looking to spoil yourself this is definitely worth the price, and you are definitely worth the treat! You can buy this lipstick from Selfridges or online here:

Have you tried any Charlotte Tilbury products?
