Lush - Big Blue Bath Bomb.

Hi everyone! Exams are finally over for me and now I can continue blogging again, and what better way to start than with a Lush post! The Big Blue bath bomb is relatively new to Lush (I think) and it is becoming one of my favourite bath bombs to use.

This bath bomb has such a lovely refreshing unique smell that I love! It contains lemon oil, salt and lavender oil so it is both refreshing but also calming and is perfect for either a morning or evening bath.

When you put it in the water it fizzes away turning the bath a wonderful blue colour and also leaving bits of seaweed in the bath water. Now at first this freaked me out as I hate seaweed, I know that's weird, but it really creeps me out! But I can get over it, as I love the smell so much and the seaweed also makes the bath water incredibly soft!

The salt in the water helps to remove dead skin cells and as the seaweed softens in the bath it releases vitamins that help to regulate metabolism and make your skin silky soft. Once I got out of the bath I found that the smell lingered on my skin for ages and I didn't feel the need to moisturise.

This bath bomb costs £3.35 and I would definitely repurchase it!
You can buy it here: The Big Blue - £3.35

If you are still doing exams good luck!

  1. Never liked the smell of this one that much (think it's the seaweed) but definitely did like using it. Just got annoyed with the seaweed - was a nightmare to get out of the bath!

    1. The seaweed was a bit of a pain to get out, but I prefer cleaning up seaweed then trying to clean up glitter! :P

  2. I love this bath bomb, it's one of my favourites! The seaweed is a right pain as you empty the bath though :/

  3. I've not tried this one before but I've had others from them with the seaweed in and it definitely freaked me out too! Not loving the clean up for it either haha.
The smell of the Big Blue sounds amazing for before bed so I'll have to give it a go :D
